Slide 54: Material Perspective: External Causes That Create Sensers And Sayers


Now, all the conscious processes we’ve so far construed as creative processes are ‘self-engendering’ with no external cause.  Let’s now consider them as ‘engendered from outside’, by another participant functioning as Agent.

Again, using the same method as before, construing sensing and saying as creative happenings, we see here that sensers and sayers can be brought into existence by external causes: sensers by impinging phenomena or inducers, sayers by prompters.
